1. Service Description
StreakMates provides a Telegram bot and web dashboard for streak tracking, check-ins, reminders, accountability features, and related analytics.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your Telegram account, your check-ins, and activity performed through your account. Keep your Telegram account secure and notify us if you believe it has been compromised.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use StreakMates to abuse, harass, spam, upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected components, or violate applicable law.
4. Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until cancellation. Pricing, billing intervals, and founder-rate eligibility are shown at checkout.
5. Cancellation and Changes
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal. Access to paid features may continue through the end of the current billing period. We may change features or pricing in the future, but changes will not retroactively alter completed billing periods.
6. Limitation of Liability
StreakMates is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
