1. What We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to run StreakMates, including your Telegram ID, Telegram username (if available), display name, streak goals, check-in messages, check-in timestamps, and uploaded photos used as proof for supported features.
2. How We Use Data
We use your data to track streaks, deliver reminders, generate streak analytics, provide personalized/adaptive motivation, and operate the StreakMates Telegram bot and web dashboard.
3. Storage and Security
Data is stored on infrastructure we control (including a VPS) and protected with reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted storage at rest where supported and restricted access to production systems.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising. We only use service providers needed to operate the product (for example, Stripe for payments) and do not share your streak data beyond what is required to process those services.
5. GDPR and Data Rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. You may also object to or request restriction of certain processing. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time.
